In your annual espresso machine service a Espresso Engineer® will check all aspects of your machine, replace worn seals, valves  and any other components that we think will fail during the next 12 months. 

• We de-scale your machine using glass bead blasters and ultrasonic acid cleaners.
• We adjust pump and steam pressures with calibrated gauges.
• We visually inspect, physically check and electrically test your machine to ensure its electrical safety complies with NZ standards.
• We guarantee workmanship for 3 months.

Espresso Engineers work on a queue system, and we try to get your machine back home asap. Once booked, we'll give you a date to bring your machine to our workshop.
